Make sure that your shipping address is correct and up to date 
 

On any used bow if it is listed/pictured the bow has accessories, they will be dismantled and wrapped with bubble wrap and or newspaper so they wont get damaged during shipping 

If shipping a crossbow, if it can be taken apart, it will be to protect and to save on shipping cost 

No pick ups allowed 
 

Shipping Time: 

I ship out items Monday-Friday, UPS does not pickup/ship Saturday or Sunday or Holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days after payment is made for item(s) to be shipped out. A lot of items for sale are stored in a warehouse away from the office, so I can't always get items shipped out the same day they are paid for. IF you want/need an item 2nd day or next day please let me know, just email me for a quote. Please note a get items out as fast as I can, depending if the item is here or at the warehouse. Please keep in mind, UPS ground will take around 3-8 days to ship, where the USPS Priority Mail will take around 1-3 days. 

Shipping Costs: 

The shipping cost I have for each item is for the cost of the Lower 48 states. The cost for Alaska, Hawaii in most cases will be more, email me for a quote. For International orders please email for a shipping quote or wait for me to send an invoice. The shipping price does not include custom taxes, duties, etc once you receive an international order, that is your own responsibility. I will only ship internationally USPS International Priority, and will only be sent as merchandise the value will be what the item(s) sold for, no exceptions 

Confirmed Address: 

Please make sure your address is a confirmed address with the USPS. If I am shipping an item with the USPS, I cannot print a shipping label if your address is not confirmed. It may take me a day or 2 to get to the Post Office without a confirmed address. 

Feedback: 

I will give you positive feedback once I get it positive feedback from you, knowing that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me first before leaving negative feedback or contacting Ebay/Paypal. Once negative feedback it left for me, I will no longer be willing to make things better for you. Please understand how valuable positive feedback is for a seller as well as the buyer. 

Returns: 

Returns are only allowed if I made a mistake with your purchase. If something happened during shipping you must contact UPS/USPS and file a claim. Only the buyer can file the claim, and from history it can take up to a couple weeks to get things figured out. IF you want to return something because you would like a bigger or smaller size, I am happy to do that, just remember you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to me and for the cost back to you
