This was an outstanding role for Sean Penn and he was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his portrayal of the character “Emmet Ray” in the film.

This is one of the most unique and eye catching costumes from the film. Sean Penn is also featured in many of the promotions for the film and on movies posters for the film wearing this costume.

It’s a very eye catching stage suit and includes a deep purple colored velvet blazer embedded with sequins and rhinestones, a pair of yellow pants, a white button down shirt, grey bow tie and a pair of red socks.

Comes with Certificate of Authenticity.

Also included is a letter of authenticity from the original sale of this item in 2015.

Original production wardrobe tags are also included!!
