It is important to know this wear or lack of, affects only the packaging and not the product itself or otherwise it will be stated in the description. All Opened packaging is check for quality any defects and are listed in condition description. For new products they are often still in sealed packaging.  For pre-owned items they too may still be in sealed packaging and in new condition, but they will be marked pre-owned or used.

Clothing Items:

New items are cleaned if needed. Tags are removed from new items and re-instated once garment is cleaned, only defect would be that it has been laundered unless otherwise noted.    All Pre-owned items are cleaned.  If it is clothing or shoes, fit may vary depending on construction, materials and manufacturer.  Measurements are reference purposes only. Make sure to measure yourself before ordering.  Clothing colors may vary slightly depending on lighting and equipment.

Shipping:

Our handing time has changed to Two days on items paid at time of order.   We do our best to process your order the day it is received, unless it is received as indicated below (*).  We have notice that some delivery times have taken a little longer than estimated and we do watch our tracking #’s very closely and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Estimated delivery times by the Ebay system maybe longer within the US at this time.  Please also be aware that all items that ship to AK or HI your shipping time maybe/will be longer than estimated by the Ebay system.  We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause and hope that you will continue to shop with us during this small set back.

Best Offer Acceptance:

Please be aware if you purchase an item/items with Best Offer and your item/items are not paid within 4 business day’s it/they will automatically cancel.

Returns:

Returns must be initiated within 30 DAYS at buyers’ expense. Please request a return authorization on eBay. All returned items must be in brand new condition and include all parts, tags and packaging materials if applicable. We will credit the items returned upon receipt and approval, less original shipping fee. Items missing parts, original packaging, or appears to have been used or damaged has a restocking fee of 25% of the item value upon inspection of the item. Items sold as USED are final sale and not eligible for return. Buyers found to be abusing the return policy will be reported to eBay.

For damaged items due to shipping, please contact us within 5 DAYS of delivery to file a damage claim and we will immediately replace your order. If a replacement is not available, we will refund your order.

Cancellation of Orders:

If an order has been placed in error it must be canceled within one hour of purchase, you must send a request of cancellation on the eBay platform. If it has been more than an hour since your purchase, you will still need to contact “US” the seller and ask to have it canceled. In both cases, we (the seller) can either accept or decline your cancellation request.  Orders cannot and will not be canceled if a tracking number has been issued.  Please contact Seller through Ebay Platform for further instructions.

If we the “sellers” agree to cancel your order, we have 10 days to refund you through the same method you used to pay. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal refund to go through. If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider.
