Call Center Headset for all Cisco Desktop IP Phones

Visbr Call Center headset model VB-MCHCR25 is compatible with all Cisco Desktop IP phones, include SPA small business series and Unified series. It comes with 2 different headset connectors, RJ9 and 2.5mm. The RJ9 connector is attached with the headset and a RJ9 to 2.5mm pigtail is enclosed in the package. When use the headset with Cisco Unified series, connect the headset to the Cisco phone's headset jack at the back of the phone. When use with Cisco SPA series, like SPA 303, SPA 502G, connect the headset's RJ9 connector to the pigtail, then connect the 2.5mm connector of the pigtail to the low right hand side of the Cisco SPA IP phone. 

This is a monaural headset in Over-the-Head style. It features with noise canceling microphone, volume control, mute, adjustable headband, Flexible and rotatable microphone boom that user may place the headset speaker on the left or right ear anytime. It is a lightweight headset that you may wear for all days and feel comfortable.
