CUSTOMS DUTY: International buyers, please be aware that there may be Customs Import Duty for you to pay on items purchased from the UK. Please note this is outside of our control. No customs tax applies to UK buyers.

Pre-orders can be cancelled up to 3 working days before the release date. The item will be still shipped to you if it has not been cancelled within 3 working days of release. The buyer will be responsible for the return of the item including postage. Buyers will only be refunded once the item is returned in a new and sealed condition.

RETURNS:

Damaged or Faulty Items: If the item is damaged, faulty or in any way not as described, please contact us ASAP of receiving the item for a replacement or refund.

Imperfections: Imperfections like a small tear or other marks in the original manufacturer's cellophane wrap, will not be accepted as a reason for return.

Loose Discs: Discs are sometimes knocked loose on their way to you. We have no control over this. Loose discs are not a reason to claim the item as damaged or faulty. Unless the case is damaged, we will not accept the return.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be processed as soon as we have received the item back from you.

In the case of a replacement or refund for defective items, WE will be responsible for the return postage.

If you have received the item but have changed your mind, then YOU will have to cover return shipping costs. To protect yourself against loss or damage we would recommend a tracked service. Make sure the item is to your satisfaction before you open it. If you have opened the steelbook, NO returns will be accepted, as we cannot sell the item as a new product.

We are currently experiencing a delivery lag due to an unprecedented volume of orders and service delivery slowdowns. Orders may be in the processing stage for two weeks or more, and once it is processed, order shipment time may be longer than usual. We are shipping new release orders on a schedule designed to arrive as close to the release date as possible
