We offer an unconditional guarantee of every item’s authenticity and completeness as described. We note any defects in our descriptions.

Any item can be returned for a full refund if found unsatisfactory for any reason, if we are notified within 30 days. Refunds are limited to the original purchase price, including initial delivery costs.

All shipped items are expertly packed.

We list hundreds of pre-owned books, thus 1000s of pages.  Although we do our best to be accurate, sometimes we miss seeing a pen mark or highlighting hidden away in the middle of a book that we did not note.  If this happens you are entitled to a refund or price adjustment.
