Vintage register cover grate with vent shutters.  The exterior measures 13.75" X 9.75" with the underside being tapered and measuring about 12" X 8.25" at it's widest points.  The shutters open and close easily and there is no damage or repairs to the ornate design features.  The topside is coated in porcelain which was painted over at one time and there is one small chip in the porcelain as seen in the circled area of the 3rd picture.  I do not know the easiest way to remove the old paint so have not attempted to do so.  U.S. shipping only, thanks.
