This is a vintage glass Grolsch Lager 1 pint Beer bottle (no beer inside) and 2 new vintage Grolsch decks of poker - bridge playing cards.  This bottle has a ceramic flip swing top. The cap will not pop open, and did not pursue due to fear of breaking. The bottle is brown glass, and is detailed. It is 9 1/2" tall, and approximately 3" wide. The 2 decks of playing cards have an open box but the cards are new factory plastic sealed, standard size cards.
