ANTIQUE 18TH CENTURY HAND-CARVED OAK SECRET BOOK BOX DOCUMENT SAFE

Original and rare 18th century French hand-carved oak secret document safe, carved in the form of a book, the back sliding aside to reveal a metal lined compartment for the storage of documents and letters, 26.5cm x 18cm.  Condition: GOOD.  Very well-preserved with minor wear to extremities.
