For heat therapy, after microwaving, the natural clay beads transfer moist, deep penetrating heat, to increase blood flow and relieve aches and pains. For cool therapy, after freezing, apply to reduce inflammation and swelling. Lavender seeds for calming and reducing stress. Our reusable therapy is safe, effective, and clean.

HEAT RELIEF

Place in clean microwave oven with free rotating turntable. Heat for 30 seconds and check for warmth. Continue to heat in 15 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Test for hot spots. For optimal results, place a half cup of water (in microwave safe container) while heating, for additional moisture absorption.

COOL RELIEF

Place in clean plastic bag and keep in freezer for 3 hours. For optimal cooling, keep in freezer overnight.

WARNING

Always test for hot spots before use to avoid burning. Always begin heating instruction from room temperature. Never use on open wound or sensitive skin. Never use in conventional oven. Discard if torn or damaged. For medical conditions and persistent injuries, please consult a physician.

CLEANING

Remove cover (do no wash filled pouch). Hand wash with mild soap cold water and let air dry. Do not machine wash or dry clean.
