• The latest development for repairing and preventing damaged PDE seats - can be used universally in pump-jet engines with Bosch injectors

• Can be installed with the original screws without any modification to the injectors or the cylinder head.

• Ensures that the injectors can be screwed together as a compact unit, thus achieving the best possible centering in their sealing seats.

• The installation takes place without any changes to the cylinder head and attachments. 

• Our modular, utility model-protected system ensures problem-free assembly and disassembly through the use of individual components, as well as the tolerance compensation of the individual injectors to one another, which is necessary for even pressure distribution, thanks to the flexible connecting strip made of special aluminum alloy.

• In a large number of cases, it is no longer necessary to replace the damaged cylinder head, since the newly centered PDE can also seal again in damaged sealing surfaces (further details can be found in the "") section.

• The effectiveness depends to a large extent on the condition and the existing damage to the seat surfaces. If there are recognizable deep signs of wear, a repair can be attempted in combination with our reinforced Viton sealing rings.

All 07eins / Motor (Pumpe-Düse-Remedy) products are designed to minimize the effects of factory design defects on the engines concerned or to reduce their symptoms. The early use of the products can have a positive effect on the service life of the cylinder head and limit the effects of damage that has already occurred. However, even our products cannot compensate for signs of wear that are too far advanced and damage to the sealing surfaces. Assembly/disassembly costs arising from use, consumables and follow-up costs are always borne by the customer and will not be reimbursed by pump-jet-remedy.
