RETURN POLICY

You can return any item purchased from us within 30 days 

Items will only be accepted where assembly/inflation has not been attempted and returned in its original condition and packaging.  If unpacked or unrolled a £60 handling fee will be charged 

The buyer is responsible for return of bed by using their own courier. The items must be unused. 10% Order amount ll be deducted as restocking fee if customer ll return the item by using their own courier. 

Customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery before signing for them.

We regret that we cannot be liable for damaged items through our couriers which have been signed and checked by the customer. 

If the Box/Packaging is damaged please advice the driver to amend his paper work to include damaged before signing.

This enables the replacement procedure to be a lot more efficient.  

Please report any damages within 24 hours to allow us to claim against our carriers. Damaged items or parts will be replaced by us free of charge.
