• The latest development for repairing and preventing damaged PDE seats - universally applicable in pump injector engines with Bosch injectors

• Can be installed with the original screws, without any changes to the injectors or cylinder head.

• Ensures that the injectors can be screwed together as a compact unit and thus achieve the best possible centering in their seal seats.

• The installation takes place without any changes to the cylinder head and add-on parts. 

• Our modular, utility model-protected system ensures problem-free assembly and disassembly through the use of individual components, as well as the tolerance compensation of the individual injectors to one another, which is necessary for even pressure distribution, through the flexible connecting strip made of special aluminum alloy.

• In many cases, replacing the damaged cylinder head is no longer necessary, as the newly centered PDE can seal again even in damaged sealing surfaces (further details can be found in the "") section.

• The effectiveness depends largely on the condition and the existing damage to the seat surfaces. If there are noticeable deep running marks, a repair can be attempted in combination with our reinforced Viton sealing rings.

All products from 07eins / Motor (Pump Nozzle Remedy) are designed to minimize the effects of factory design defects on the engines in question or to reduce their symptoms. Using the products early can have a positive impact on the service life of the cylinder head and limit the effects of damage that has already occurred. However, even our products cannot compensate for excessively advanced running-in marks and damage to the sealing surfaces. Any assembly/disassembly costs arising from use, consumables and follow-up costs are always borne by the customer and are not reimbursed by Pump-Nozzle-Remedial.
