1965 1966 Cadillac Deville Instrument Cluster Speedometer w/ in dash clock.

The chrome is pitting, it has scratches, rust, imperfections, etc. The lense is dirty on the inside. The trip counter knob on bottom works. The clock dial doesn't work. I'm unsure if the hauges work or not.
