USABLE HANDLEBAR  removed from a 1971 RUPP ROADSTER..The chrome seems to be in fairly good shape in my opinion, The LAST picture shows where a slot was cut in the top of the handlebar to allow wires to go through. Your twist grip throttle should cover that as did the previous user ..HOWEVER...  YOU need to STUDY the pictrues to determine suitability
