You are buying a rarely available genuine original bonnet for the Ferguson TE 20 tractor.

I have now dismantled the bonnet into its main sections, its only held together by bolts. Some bolts will need to be replaced as they had seized.

This is a genuine barn find and is very original and not restored in any way.  Good quality thick gauge of steel unlike you find in modern reproduction items.

Top panel/section of the bonnet has some surface rust and a couple of holes, but nothing beyond repair, just needs a couple of sections welded in, good rub down and repaint, there are a couple of dents at the front above the badge fixing point, these would need to be beaten out and then filled if required.

One side panel is in good condition, just some surface rust which could be rubbed down and repainted.

The other side panel has a few rust holes which would need to be plated or repaired using fibre glass matting.

Remember it is about 60 years old so expect some signs of wear and tear (some dents and rust).
