This would have been sent to local video stores, advertising TO the owner to order VHS tapes to resell or rent out to customers.  Very interesting side promotion mentioned in this ad with the t-shirt.

Framed and looks great - hardware in the back has it ready to be hung as soon as you receive it.  Measures 9x12". You can totally get away with hanging up a decoration for a 1980s cartoon as an adult - as long as it's nicely framed!

Definitely a rare find as this is something that would not have been super mass produced to begin with, as it was only for people in the video store industry!
