Pretty french antique letter opener, bookmark circa 1900

Mother of pearl, silverplated or solid silver, see hallmark on last picture. Nice ornamentation.

Marked Vichy, spa town in France. This letter opener was probably a travel souvenir.    

General good condition but please note that part of the blade has been broken, It was originally a double blade letter opener and now only one blade is remaining.
