One January 1, 1999 the US Mint released a newly designed quarter in the capital city of the State of Delaware. This was the first of the 50 new quarters that the mint released every 10 weeks.

This book will hold 100 quarters.  Since the quarters are produced in two cities, Philadelphia and Denver.  A complete collection would have all 50 states and each mint marks.
