All of our shipments will be processed using major carrier. A tracking number will be uploaded for every shipment. Shipping and Handling time is within 1 business day with the exception of weekends and holidays where items are shipped the next business day.

We will carefully prepare your package and ship it within 24 hours after payment is received.

RETURN:

Items must be return within 30 days of received in the original packaging and original unused condition. 

Items may be returned or exchanged only if the soles are unscratched, unworn and resalable condition including the shoe/boot box (if applicable).

When trying shoes on, walk only on carpeted surfaces so as to not scuff the soles.

We will issue a refund of the purchase price, not including any shipping service. Cost of exchanging the item(s) are responsibility of the buyer.
