What is the difference between ENT hubs and other hubs? (R13,271/372,)
The ENT hub uses 7075 high-density aluminum alloy as the hub shell material. The hub shell uses forging technology to make the hub shell more dense. The axis is also processed by 7075 aluminum alloy. The hub shell is made of a Japanese 5-axis CNC lathe at one time. During processing, the concentricity of each flange angle, axis, and bearing is guaranteed to be within a tolerance of 0.05mm.
A stronger bearing can ensure powerful high-speed output and accurate cornering at high speeds. Therefore, the ENT hub uses 6902 bearing for both front and rear hubs.
What is the difference between ENT’s spokes?
The standard ENT wheel set is equipped with the pillar aero pa 1423. Compared with the wider pillar aero 1432, the pillar 1423 far wins in all spoke pull tests and has lower power transmission loss. Therefore, we choose the aero pa 1423. Of course, the cost of the pa 1423 It is also much higher than pa 1432.
