Base and ball are super soft and fuzzy. Ball is on a sturdy spring that you push into the base.


Note: The spring may come with the tip covered in a small non-toxic product. This piece should not be removed. It is what makes a tighter fit for the spring in the base. The cats cannot get to it, and it is not visible once assembled. If you choose to remove it, your spring will not fit as tight in the base so your cats may be able to then remove the spring from the base during active playtime.

RETURNS:

After you receive your item you have 30 days to request a return. Worn or damaged items can not be returned to us. If there is a manufacturers defect with your item you must send it back to the original manufacturer. If the item is returned in its original unworn condition a refund minus shipping and handling charges will be sent to you.
