In fact, selling used spare parts is a very complex and methodical activity, especially if this trade takes place remotely.
Looking behind the scenes at Clic Motor, the activity is characterized by various phases, all very important and carried out by the staff in charge with the utmost care and attention, as if the spare part handled were that of our beloved 2-wheeler!
In the initial phase we deal with the purchase of the vehicles to be demolished, we check their condition and before dismantling we test all the components, especially those subject to wear. All spare parts that do not pass our tests are set aside and properly disposed of.
Once the disassembly phase is complete, each single component is cleaned using only specific products; we do not wash, for example, electrical components and motors with water!
At this point the spare parts are ready to be photographed, described (we point out any defects and particularities), we create the appropriate advertisement and store them in the warehouse by producing the relative identification code. The exceptions are indicated in the advertisement and are all those spare parts which cannot be tested or which, despite having defects, are in any case partially reusable and/or repairable. That's why what you see with us is what you get!!
One of the last but no less important stages is the packaging. Being very sensitive to the environment and waste, we try as far as possible to use recycled packaging material (both from new processing and recovery) without ever losing the quality and protective capacity of the packaging itself.
One of our goals is to make as little time as possible from the conclusion of the order to the receipt of the goods, nowadays we realize that mobility is very important and that no one can afford to be on foot for long periods, also for this reason we have a vast assortment "prompt delivery".
Finally, we pay close attention to pre and post sales assistance. We always try to guarantee a quick response and in any case within the next 24 hours.
We have a mobile phone number that is always active from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 (Saturdays and Sundays excluded). It is possible 24 hours a day to send us a fax or an email ... and since 2012 we are also on Facebook !

Shipments
For shipments we only use EXPRESS COURIER .
The rates indicated in the advertisement are related to shipments throughout the national territory, islands included.
For shipments abroad and for places considered disadvantaged, we reserve the right to supply rates on request.
The goods travel at the expense and risk of the customer. We are not responsible for damage, tampering and/or loss in transit. It is possible to insure the goods at the request of the customer. We do not ship using non-traceable methods and in ways other than those expressly indicated.
It is the customer's obligation to provide the complete address and an always active telephone number. Otherwise, any charge due to non-delivery will be borne by the buyer and in any case we reserve the right to ship once the missing data has been received.
