Manuel Palomares Diaz and his family, in Mexico, continue the tradition of his Father and Grandfather in Handcrafting fine leather baseball gloves. Since 1910, the family has selected the finest hides of the novilleros (young bulls) for a glove that is easy to break in - yet gives lots of wear. Each step in the process of glove-making is done by hand; from the cutting of the hides to the final stitching of the leather. Great care and pride goes into the making and shaping of each individual glove in the hopes of bringing you one of the finest baseball gloves made. We have been in Manuel’s shop and visited with his family and watched in fascination the crafting of a glove. PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. When paying by PayPal, please make payment within 24 hours of close of the auction or send us an email advising when you will be paying so we will hold your purchase. We must receive your payment within 7 calendar days from close of auction. We reserve the right to cancel any bids due for late pay or to negative feedback issues with the buyer.

We have most of our items for sale with domestic FREE SHIPPING. The actual cost of postage, packaging, package materials, processing, invoicing, etc. are all taken care of by us for all shipments within the USA. International shipments will have a shipping fee added.

WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
We will guarantee the item to work and look as described in our listing and be free of workmanship and manufacturing faults. You will have 14 days (Collectibles) 30 days (for all other categories) from receipt of the product, to explain why you want to return the product and ask for a return approval. When approved and the item is returned and works and looks as described and is free of workmanship or manufacturing faults, and unopened we will give refund. If damaged or opened, we may issue a partial refund. However, if the item is faulty from workmanship or manufacturing, we will offer replace of the item issue a refund of the original amount paid.

FEEDBACK PROCEDURE
The standard accepted procedure for feedback is for the buyer, upon receipt of their product, to leave the seller positive feedback if they are happy with the product. If unhappy, the buyer should contact the seller first to see if the issue can be resolved. Once that is done the buyer then leaves feedback.
