You are looking at a mylar balloon of Disney's A Bugs Life with the character Flik on it. Balloon is 18".  This is new old stock.  

You are receiving an uninflated balloon.  Seller is not responsible for any breakage (popping) when balloon is being inflated as there are so many variables involved that seller has no control over.
