one of many from a collection of extra/spare lamps in an estate. , sort of a mad scientist / prodigy guy.  This is an Ultra Violet Source Lamp type 1000.   see pics,  . I think WHAM O used to sell these when I was a kid.....  I am assuming it has been used for the sake of this auction, but I'm not sure either way.  see pics.   Sold AS IS.
