19th Century, a truly magnificent German Secessionist humidor box with exquisite gilt brass filigree design on cover and sides, made by Erhard & Söhne, ca 1900. The piece has the makers mark on the front of the clasp. Made in Germany by the company Erhard & Söhne which was originally established by Carl Gottlieb Erhard and his sons in Schwäbisch Gmünd in 1844. In remarkable antique condition with age-appropriate wear and use. NO KEY. Measures 27,5 cm long by 21,5 cm wide 10 cm high. MUSEUM PIECE!
