    How quickly will you ship my item?

    We aim to ship your item within 1 working day of receiving the order. If the order is placed after our daily cut off of 11am we treat the order as being placed the next day.


    Will I need to sign for my delivery?

    We will always use a signed for delivery service so you will need to be in to receive your delivery. We are encouraged to use this type of delivery service by eBay.


    What happens if I miss my delivery?

    As we only use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD and UPS you will be left with a card and with DPD and UPS you will be able to arrange to have your re delivered at a time that suits you. When Royal Mail and Parcelforce are used you will have to collect from your local delivering depot or Post Office. In all cases you can check this with the tracking information provided once the item is shipped.


    Can I have my item delivered to an alternative address?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to re direct items to an address different from the one you initially specified on the order. This is to keep in line with the eBay best practices.

  • In all cases if you have a problem with your purchase we would prefer that you message us so that we can resolve the issue. We monitor our messages through the day and often this is the quickest and best way to solve any issues and answer any concerns.


    If you are not happy with the product, you can return it within 30 days. Electrical goods are always supplied in a clear sealed bag so that you can inspect the item before deciding if you want it. If the item is removed from its sealed bag and you would like to return, it will be subject to a 25% handling charge, and any additional postage costs you may have paid will not be refunded. If you do decide to return the item to us, please ensure it is well packaged as we will not accept it back if it is not in the same condition as it was originally sent to you. We take pictures of all the items we ship out so and if you would like copies of these images please let us know and we will email them to you.


    Buyers will be responsible for the return cost. We will only be able to replace faulty items once we have received the original item back and inspected it. If an item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item free of charge and where one is not available we will issue a full refund.
