The issue is from a smoke free home in Very Fine condition with the only wear being some spine wear, some cover indentations to the front and back cover and a tiny tear at the top left corner. See the high res pictures for details.
The pictures are of the actual item being sold.
All comics come individually bagged and boarded and securely shipped with an extra sheet of cardboard to protect the comic.
