The issue is from a smoke free home in Very Fine- condition with some spine wear, some indentations to the front and back cover, some dirt and grime which will easily be removed with a press and clean, and a tiny tear at the bottom left corner. See the high res pictures for details.
The pictures are of the actual item being sold.
All comics come individually bagged and boarded and securely shipped with an extra sheet of cardboard to protect the comic.
