Please note , the reason i don't do returns , (despite one vile customers feedback)  is because , this is a personal collection that i am selling off because i have cancer , these were brought for investment for my children, i realised now it was a bad move as i'm loosing money on them big time on everything , so i'm loosing money which was mean's for my children in the event of me no longer being here ..... I can't afford to loose out on more of there money with all the loss of postage costs on top of it just cause someone hasn't read the advert or checked out the photos correctly or just didn't ask for more info... so i rely on buyers to read all info given & if you need any more information about the item you only need to message me ! I'm happy to help as a lot of my previous  customers will tell you   ....

for loss in post guarantee please ask for royal mail special delivery postage at the charge of £8.50. this applies to UK postage  ( as jewellery isn't guaranteed for loss in post on basic postage charge!....
 so items can't be covered unless correct postage has been paid .

I'm available during the daytime till 6pm on a night time (Uk time zone) to answer any  questions regarding my items for sale , anything after that time will be dealt with the next day , except weekends , any messages sent over the weekend will be answered on a monday day time , items are only posted up to 4pm on a night time anything payed for after 3.00pm will be posted the next working day.
