SHIPPING

Orders dispatched to Italy will be processed within 2 business days. Delivery throughout Italy takes place within 24/48 hours from the moment in which the goods are delivered to the Express courier. International delivery times vary depending of the country. Delivery time are indicative and could change and vary depending on holiday periods or on the destination to be reached.

RETURN

In accordance with article 64 of the Consumer Code (law 206/2005) the Consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days from the day on which he receives the goods purchased, following the approach below:

  • In case of return, before shipping back the product, the Consumer has to make the request of return using his Ebay account and he has to wait the confirm from the seller.

Products must be sent: not used, not damaged, they must have the identification tag, they must be sent in their original packaging and in a suitable container for the transport. The return will be not accept if the packaging is damaged.

Shipping costs are charged to the Customer, excluding some cases of non-conformity with the order or obvious productions defect. We suggest a traceable dispatch.
