There is a Cute Black handrawn Rabbit in each bottom Corner, with Handrawn Carrots at the top, and a lovely Wooden Heart in the Middle.

The Plaque can be PERSONALISED with your Rabbit's NAME OR ANY MESSAGE of your Choice, Examples are Shown in the Photos.

The plaque is ready to hang with twine and is finished off with a gingham checked ribbon trim tied at the Side.

You can choose your Heart and ribbon colour for your plaque from the options listed.

The plaque is made from MDF and it measures approx - 6 inches X 3 inches.
