Photak cameras - Also known by the name United States Camera produced this model camera in the

1950's to represent a twin reflex camera. This was an imitation of the reflex viewfinder, instead using

reflective glass to bring the image to the user. A pseudo-TLR look-alike to give the user the upgraded

feeling of using a "high-end" camera of the day. Simply a fancy box camera with many MCM highlights

in its assembly.

Top of viewfinder cover has wear of the finish

Shutter release and winding knob work as expected.

Strap in great shape, glass looks okay, inside very clean and remainder of body in good shape.

Glass in the viewfinder is loose - does little to affect its use or performance.

I would consider this a shelf piece - a placeholder in a collection until a better one comes along

or perhaps a parts camera. Chrome could be polished more.
