For sale is a set of 11 of Rosenthal's "Eleanor" bread plates! These are all in overall good condition with signs of light wear from previous use, age, and storage/display. There is some paint wear to the gold trim around the edges on some of the plates. Around the edges, there are some small chips present, none major. There is quite a bit of paint or graphic wear to the faces of the plates with some of the flowers missing due to use and cleaning (pictured). There is some fading of the colors as well which we tried to picture as well. Some marks/light scratches are seen on the surfaces from previous use. Scuffs on the bottoms from previous use are seen as well. There is some discoloration on the bottoms of the plates (pictured). Some cracking inside the glazing is seen on one of the plates in the middle (pictured). On the surfaces, there is some wear to the glossy finish towards the center from use and storage. No major damage was seen during inspections (no cracks, large chips, breaks or repairs). Additional light to general cleaning after the shipping process maybe needed prior to use or display.
