All items are genuine unless otherwise specified. All boxes and manuals are genuine (e.g N64, SNES boxes). Some boxes may have a replacement insert (cardboard insert which holds the game), the boxes themselves are genuine. Where possible i will send  boxed games in a plastic protector to ensure safe travels.
