If you live in a flat then could you please make sure that the courier has access to ground floor, so you are able to receive the bed, the courier is unable to take it anywhere other than the ground floor.

Which means driver will deliver inside nearest door to the building and will NOT take items up any stair case or in any lifts.
If you live in multi story building then delivery will be made to ground floor level.
