HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
  • Contact us via eBay Message or our website for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (MST Time).  Closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
  • Returns made without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • You will obtain an RMA number and the documentation and instructions necessary to complete your return. 
  • All items must be returned in original packaging and all shipping charges, brokerage and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Installed products will be subject to a USD$95.00 re-certification fee.
