Delivery throughout Italy takes place within 24/48 hours from the moment we entrust the goods to the express courier. International delivery times vary according to the country of destination. The times shown in the advertisement are indicative and may vary during holiday periods and/or according to the destination to be reached.

Pursuant to article 64 of the Consumer Code (ref. law 206/2005) the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving the goods, as indicated below:

• In case of withdrawal, before returning the goods, the Customer must make the return request through his Ebay account and wait for confirmation from the seller.

The products must be returned intact: unused, undamaged, accompanied by the identification tag, placed in the original packaging and packed in a container suitable for transport. The return will not be accepted if the footwear packaging is damaged.

The goods must be returned to the address:Quellogiusto Srl, Via Piovego 89, 35010 San Giorgio delle Pertiche (PD).

The return costs are charged to the customer, with the exception of cases of discrepancy with the order or evident production defects. It is possible to use the service of our courier by writing to us via Ebay and indicating the day and address of collection of the goods. The refund of the payment will be made in the same way used for the purchase and within 30 days of receiving the return.
