1PCS pinch roler LEFT (source) pinch roller used in later versions of Sony dual-capstan cassette decks with TCM-200Dxx mechanics

Does your cassette deck eat tapes? Does tape curling occur at the beginning of the tape? Is rubber of your pinch roller hard with many cracks? Then it is time to replace the left pinch roller. However, this pinch roller of correct dimensions and correct rubber hardness is unobtainable. I had to solve this problem. That's why I decided to try their production.

The roller is made from high quality material. Rubber is made using injection molding technology. The rubber hardness is accurate. Surface finish is very good. Pinch roller core is made from high quality plastic, processed on very precision lathe. Please, see the images, this is real photo.

The dimensions are exactly the same as original.

They can be also used in earlier Sony cassette decks. The only difference is rubber height (6.5 mm instead of 7.2 mm) but it is not problem.
