A new product has appeared in the AQUAEL offer - a universal external pressure filter intended for water purification in swimming pools.

KLARJET BASIN 6000 is a sand filter adjusted to each type of swimming pools of the capacity up to 20 000 l. The filter medium in it is a sand bed weighing up to 10 kg. It is recommended to use natural sand or fine quartz gravel with a grain diameter of 0.8 to 1.2 mm (such sand can be obtained at any building store). The filter is driven by a pump with a capacity of as much as 6,000 l/h and a low power consumption of 29W.

Please note that, for safety reasons, the pump may only be operated when there are no drippers in the pool!

The installation of the unit is facilitated by a solid plastic base.

KLARJET BASIN 6000 effectively purifies the pool water from all mechanical and biological impurities, maintaining it in a state of perfect clarity thanks to the high pressure inside.

The sand filter cleans the water of algae and minerals much better than standard pump-filters found in swimming pool kits.

Additional advantages of the KlarJet Basin are the AUTOCLEAN and BY-PASS functions for easy cleaning and maintenance.

The AUTOCLEAN function allows the filter to be cleaned automatically without having to switch off the pump or open its housing. There is an additional third spigot in the cover, onto which a hose must be inserted to drain debris from the filter. To clean the unit automatically, simply turn the lever on the filter cover to the AUTOCLEAN position. The water flowing through the filter then changes its direction, washes out all the impurities from the filter bed and discharges them outside through an additional spigot. This water can be used for watering the lawn. By the way, thanks to the AUTOCLEAN system, it is possible to conveniently change some of the water in the pool for fresh water or to empty the pool.

The BY-PASS system, on the other hand, makes it possible to open the filter without having to switch off the pump.

When the lever is moved to the BY-PASS position, the water flows through the filter cover, bypassing the filter bed. This makes it - if necessary - possible to simply replace the sand with new sand.

Note: In order to ensure the highest quality of the pool water, it is possible to additionally install a UV-C steriliser AS / PS 11W in the filter to remove bacteria, fungi, protozoa and other microorganisms potentially dangerous for pool users.
