A great book which will look excellent on your shelf!  The pictures do a great job showing the condition, and here's a few things I'll point out.  There's some wear and tear on the back bottom right corner as seen in picture two.  There's also some staining perhaps from water on the outside of the pages as seen in picture six.  This staining does not go to the inside of the pages.  Let me know if you have any questions, blessings!
