This metal basket has lots of wear and some rust but it's sturdy and in usable shape with no broken welds or loose areas.  It is made of steel and coated with rubber in which some areas are worn and show some rust. It measures 15" in diameter at the top and is 8 3/4" tall. The handle is 13" wide x 7 3/4" tall and is marked ANDROCK.  The yellow coating on the inside of the basket is less faded than the outside.  See calculator to ship this goodie.
