Upon receipt of the item in new and unused condition, we will process your refund. In some situations (past 30 days since purchase), buyers could be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that might be applicable. This amount can be deducted from their refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns for Milliken Rug products. The rugs are made to order items and are very heavy/bulky (the larger rugs are shipped via freight due to their size). If you place an order for a Milliken Rug item and wish to cancel, we will accommodate the request, however, if it is already in production a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds usually are processed within 1-2 business days. If your item arrived damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly! For exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and repurchase the correct size needed.
