vintage hermann wacker memorabilia pewter 70 year bowl. i think this is pewter it is non magnetic. hermann wacker is a usa based owner of wacker neuson equipment it says 70 years and has a date of 2-6-1978 i am not sure about the dates and what they represent i bought this at a estate sale
