5 pieces of gouged baroque bassoon cane, gouged on a Rimpl gouger, standard eccentric blade. Tube cane is from Medir, ~28mm diameter.

Thickness is ~1.3mm, a little thinner than most European suppliers, which helps keep the pitch more stable (for HKICW players, I find that this little bit thinner can help with the stability of the C in the staff) and give a less spread tone.

Cane is gouged wet, gouge center marked, then dried and sanded before being sent out to you.

My max length (and the length I personally use) is 144mm, but I can provide shorter lengths on request.
