Good used operating condition

Has typical imperfections you would expect from used tools such as: minor surface rust, nicks, chips, scuffs, spots, and scratches.

Has some pitting/ some patina

Has some small nicks in the cutting portion of the jaw, I tested the tool on some wire and it cuts good.

Has a small amount of play between the two halves.
