What is Magnetic fluid?

Magnetic fluid, also known as ferrofluids, is composed of magnetic solid particles with a diameter of nanometers (below 10 nanometers) and has the fluidity of liquids and the magnetic properties of solid magnetic materials.  This magnetic fluid was developed by NASA to control fuel in rocket ships under zero gravity.  Commonly used in aerospace, precision instruments, chemical industry, electronics, and other fields.  Due to the complexity of the magnetic fluid production process, few laboratories in the world can manufacture high-purity magnetic fluids.
