1. Heaters are industrial products, not vase. some may have flaws, such as weld, such as stainless steel trace and polish trace,that's normal.
2. Because the heating wire inside the heater tube is made of OCr25A15 which is Magnetic, it is normal that the element can be adsorbed by magnet.
3. Under the condition of insulation, the international standard for the heater power accept allowance -10% to 5%.
