These are 2 brand new packs of Roseart Rainbow colored pencils. These appear to have been made in 2000 and to be honest I can't find much information about them.

As you can see they have a little tape on them and have two different girls names written in pen ink on the front. But otherwise the boxes are in great condition and the pencil are MINT.
